emilee ann's is operated by Club Nirvana ("we", "us"). This page explains what personal information the site handles and why. It describes what the site actually does today.

Browsing

You can browse the site, take the Goddess Oracle quiz and read every page without giving us any personal information. Your quiz answers, ritual builder choices and any picks you save are processed and stored in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us.

The Goddess Letter list

If you join the list, we receive your email address and the goddess archetype you were assigned (if you took the quiz). The form is handled by Web3Forms, a form service, which forwards the submission to our inbox. We use it only to tell you when the Goddess Letter launches. Nothing is sent yet. Every email we send will include a one-click unsubscribe link. We do not sell your email. To have it removed now, email hello@clbnva.com.

The Beauty Oracle chat

Messages you type into the Oracle chat are sent to our server and to an AI provider (Groq) so it can reply. We do not store the conversation. Please do not share sensitive or medical details, and note that the Oracle is an AI that offers general ideas only.

Affiliate links

Product links go to Amazon and to merchants through Rakuten Advertising. If you click one, those companies may set cookies and see that you came from our site, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your purchase details beyond commission reports.

Technical data

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted by emailing hello@clbnva.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and we will honor requests the law requires us to honor.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
